Shipping policy
Most orders of in stock items will be shipped within 2 business days from the order date. There may be times or extenuating circumstances the result in a slight delay to this shipping timeframe.
Shipping Promo Code "SHIP250" is valid for the lowest cost economy shipping rate only, and subject to the discretion of STM Diecast as to what service to use. If you want expedited shipping, you will need to pay for that service. This code cannot be combined with any other discount code or promotion. Limit of $50 in shipping value only.
For all orders: if you place an order for in stock items as well as items that are Preorders, In Transit, or Special Order, we will hold your items until all items in the order are ready to ship. If you want in stock items sooner, place your Preorders separately. You can also contact us to pay additional shipping charges, even on order over the Free Shipping threshold.
Special Orders will differ in shipping time, depending on supplier procurement times, supplier shipping times, shipping delays, and other reasons outside of the control of STM Diecast. Please be aware the shipping times listed in the description of each special order item is only an estimate and is not guaranteed.
Tracking will be provided upon creating a label, but will not actually ship until the carrier picks up the package. We are not responsible for carriers not scanning labels right away, and have not control over what tracking progress shows.
If any item is damaged during transit, please save the shipping box, all packaging materials (i.e. foam, bubble wrap, packing peanuts, etc), and any item packaging as these will be required to file a shipping claim. Failure to do so may affect your reimbursement or replacement. **PLEASE NOTE - we do not guarantee item boxes for items that cost under $200 from shipping damage.
For international orders, we are not responsible for any customs, duties, or brokerage fees as those are the customer's responsibility and not part of the transaction.
