Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery date, including items with defects or items damaged during shipping.

For items damaged during shipping, you must provide pictures of the outside shipping carton, inside packaging contents (i.e. bubble wrap, foam, peanuts, etc), and detailed pictures of the damaged item.  All of these are required to file a shipping insurance claim.  If you do not keep these items or are unable to provide them, then we are unable to accept a return or give any compensation for damaged items.

For items with defects, we will replace with the same product or a mutually agreed upon replacement if the original item is no longer available.  If the original item is available, and a return is requested, then our normal return policy terms are in effect for items without defects (see next paragraph).  If the original item is not available we will refund the item in full.

For items without defects, the product(s) must be in same original, unopened condition.  There will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from the refund.  Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility.

No refunds on shipping cost unless there is a defect.  For international orders, this does NOT include any customs, duties, or brokerage fees as those are the customer's responsibility and not part of the transaction.

No refunds on special order items once the special order has been placed.

No refunds on custom license plates unless there is a difference in what was ordered.
